Rutherford Investments purchases only hand-picked and well located properties. Our goal is to continue to build a portfolio of newer "A" quality properties in "A" locations in California. Prior to making a commitment on behalf of our partners and investors, we thoroughly investigate the viability of each project by preparing an aggressive budget, capital replacement estimate and long term financial plan. Our portfolio structure is now being diversified by the acquisition of "A" and "B" quality mobile home parks.

Most Recent Acquisition

Upland Meadows Mobile Estates is a 5-start community comprised of 223 spaces and located in the foothills of the majestic San Gabriel Mountains. This private, secluded manufactured home community is uniquely designed in a park-like atmosphere with large landscaped green belts and meandering sidewalks throughout the community. The property sits near the intersection of N.
