Mr. Eberhard is the Director of Acquisitions for Rutherford Investment Company. In short, he oversees all new real estate acquisitions. Comprehensively, he manages Rutherford’s real estate development acquisition portfolio, sources new potential properties, analyzes financial market and property data, engages in contract negotiations, and leads the team through the entire acquisition process for RMC and RMHC. Mr. Eberhard has implemented process efficiencies and structure with a keen focus on optimizing partnerships for all acquisitions.
For over 20 years Mr. Eberhard has held senior roles at Marcus and Millichap and Sperry Van Ness within the scopes of marketing, pricing strategies, valuation and modeling, client development, and negotiations. As a seasoned owner and manager of apartment properties, Mr. Eberhard is well versed in all aspects of multi-family housing ownership, including coordination and management of renovation projects.
