Ms. Yap is the Director of Operations for Rutherford Management Company. She is responsible for property management operations and team leadership across Rutherford’s multi-family asset portfolio. Ensuring compliance with all operating policies, procedures, and business practices, she is dedicated to effective management. Ms. Yap believes in supporting the ongoing growth and development of her teams through mentorship and training. With a successful track record of leading high performing, tenured teams, she is able to manage the properties toward operational and financial excellence.
Ms. Yap joins the Rutherford property management team with 13 years of industry experience, and is well versed in the development and execution of annual operating budgets and major improvement projects in order to ensure high returns and above-market customer retention.
