Ms. Dymond is Controller for Rutherford Investment Company. She is responsible for the supervision of accounting staff and the establishment and maintenance of internal controls for Rutherford Investment Company entities. Maintaining reliable, accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP, she manages cash flow, including draw management, and oversees all cash transactions, ensuring timely debt service payments and payables disbursements. Having led multiple teams over the course of her career, she has experience in standardizing processes and implementing policies.
Ms. Dymond is certified on multiple accounting and business system platforms. She is a seasoned professional with 25 years accounting experience and 30 years people management, in addition to certifications in a variety of communication, leadership, project management, networking and systems administration programs.
