Mr. Knopfler is the Chief Compliance Officer and head of Risk Management at Rutherford Investment Company He is admitted in the California Supreme Court, the Central, Northern and Eastern District Courts of Appeal, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Specializing in business, real estate, construction, and insurance litigation, Mr. Knopfler has been a successful trial lawyer having tried over 100 Court and Civil Jury Trials in the state and federal court and has arbitrated over 30 Claims and Counter Claims in many different areas of law. He has also been retained as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Expert Witness.
