Mr. O’Hagan is the Managing Director of Rutherford Manufactured Housing Communities for Rutherford Investments. He oversees the operations of the entire manufactured housing portfolio and maintains a uniform method of management throughout all of the communities to ensure compliance of each park with local, state and federal ordinances, codes and manufactured housing community laws. His primary focus is to implement value-add strategies for the financial growth and viability of each property. Mr. O’Hagan has extensive experience in manufactured housing rent control matters and in navigating political environments and local government jurisdictions.
Mr. O’Hagan graduated from Concordia University with a B.S. in Kinesiology & Management.
