Mr. Romero is the Financial Analyst for Rutherford Investment Company and the Assistant Regional Asset Manager for Rutherford Manufactured Housing Communities. Mr. Romero’s responsibilities encompass managing financial planning, operations and analytics for the Rutherford portfolio.
Mr. Romero has developed a role that bridges asset and financial management objectives to meet growth targets with front line responsibilities in underwriting acquisitions. Additionally, he leads a team of RMHC managers and supports his regional colleagues through the complexity of the manufactured housing sector. Mr. Romero began his career in real estate management and oversaw property managers and renovation projects.
Mr. Romero holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Accounting & Finance from San Jose State University.
