Mr. Mulligan is the Asset Manager for Rutherford Management Company. Mr. Mulligan is keenly focused on maximizing cash flow growth while maintaining a long-term view of portfolio assets. In his role, Mr. Mulligan is responsible for financial reporting of assets to investors. In addition to working closely with the Rutherford Management Company team, Mr. Mulligan also works with the executive team, assisting with underwriting acquisitions by reviewing current market conditions, expenses, and timelines.
Mr. Mulligan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Education from the University of California San Diego and prior to joining Rutherford, Mr. Mulligan lived in China for over a year teaching English.
