Mr. Franklin is Director of Operations of Rutherford MHC Management. His tenure at Rutherford spans sixteen years and in his current role, he manages a portfolio of manufactured housing communities in the Central Valley and Southern California. Mr. Franklin is involved in all facets of the manufactured housing business with particular emphasis on bridging communication with customers, sub-contractors, vendors and property staff to establish effective working relationships to manage capital improvement projects and park maintenance. Mr. Franklin is responsible for reporting and collaborating with Rutherford leadership to influence the strategic direction for the MHC portfolio.
Notably, Mr. Franklin began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. Mr. Franklin graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Public Relations.
