Ms. Dickerson is Managing Director of Rutherford Management Company, the apartment management and construction division of Rutherford Investment Company. She oversees property asset management and all aspects of property operations. Ms. Dickerson has been and continues to be instrumental in the execution of multimillion dollar renovations and market repositioning strategies.
Prior to joining Rutherford Investment Company, Ms. Dickerson worked with some of the industry’s most respected multifamily professionals at both Archstone and Sequoia Equities and managed a portfolio for over 3100 units valued now at $750B.
Ms. Dickerson attended Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA.
